People have been coming in since April, anxious to get their tomatoes, peppers, and other vegetables into the ground. We have been telling everyone it is too early….but finally, we can ease off of this.  It is just about safe to plant your warm weather veggies!

Ride the wave…wave petunias, that is!

One of the best purchase you can make for lush, long-lasting summer color are wave petunias.   These have no dwarfing chemicals and will fill in any basket, barrel, or can even be a bit of ground cover.  If you want that lush look, this is the petunia to chose.  Only $6.98 per six pack (and each pack covers six feet!)

We wish to warmly thank all of our friends and customers for their ongoing business and support.  We work hard all season to bring you the best in local plants and vegetables, and truly appreciate your ongoing committment to your local farm.

We offer our many decorative options for the holiday season.  We begin by growing our own beautiful, healthy poinsettias – in deep reds, white, pinks, even mixed colores — and in a variety of sizes.  There are a selection of stunning hangers as well.  We grow them at our farm, beginning in July, and cultivate them with care until the Christmas season.  They are much more beautiful than the drugstore or road-stand variety, and likely the same price.

Our wreaths are hand-decorated by busy Griggs Farm elves — we make the bows, paint the pine cones,  and otherwise assemble all of the decorations.  Our kissing balls are also hand-made; first we make the ball itself out of freshly cut greens, then we make the bows and tails, then we decorate by hand.  This means each wreath and kissing ball is unique, and we can customize to meet your color scheme and holiday needs, from traditional Christmas and Hanukkah colors to red/white/ blue for local troops to even matching your house and shutters. Don’t see it?  Ask an elf for help!

And last but not least, we have a huge assortment of beautiful, healthy Christmas Trees.  Sizes range from 3′ - 12′, and our prices begin at $12.99.  We are proud to offer the best price for the best quality!
